1. The service

BeHealthWise is a longevity-education platform operated by REPX Pte Ltd ("REPX", "we", "us" or "our"). It offers a self-reported Longevity Assessment, personalized results across eight pillars of health behaviour, curated actions, progress tracking and an AI Longevity Coach to help you interpret and act on your results.

2. Educational, not medical

BeHealthWise is an educational product. The Healthspan Score is a proprietary BeHealthWise educational composite reflecting reported behavioural alignment across the measured healthspan pillars. It is not a clinical score, not a diagnosis, not a validated medical test, not a prediction of mortality, disease risk or lifespan, not a biological-age measurement, and not a comparison with other people. The numerical weights and mappings used by the BeHealthWise model have not been clinically validated against individual health outcomes.

Profile Confidence describes only how complete and internally coherent your reported profile is. It is not a measure of medical certainty.

Nothing in the service is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health.

3. Recommendations, not prescriptions

Personalized recommendations and suggested products within BeHealthWise are educational suggestions — things worth considering — not prescriptions. They do not infer nutrient deficiency, disease, medical need, or guaranteed benefit, and they do not alter your scores or priorities, which are fixed outputs of a deterministic engine.

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information the service provides, and you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health or about using any supplement or product.

4. The Founding 10K

The Founding 10K is a membership initiative, not an investment opportunity. Founding membership carries no financial return, ownership, security or financial participation, and implies none.

Complimentary products or samples offered as membership benefits are subject to applicable requirements, availability and regulatory considerations, and are not a promise of product efficacy, future pricing or future supply.

5. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 18 years of age or older to use BeHealthWise. [Eligibility wording to be confirmed by human legal review.]

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other members' data, disrupt the platform, probe its security boundaries, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. AI Longevity Coach

The AI Longevity Coach is an automated assistant. It can interpret your results, suggest behaviours and help you plan — but it cannot diagnose, prescribe treatment, infer deficiencies, predict lifespan or health outcomes, and it cannot change your scores, bands or priorities, which are fixed outputs of a deterministic engine.

AI-generated information is educational and may contain errors. It should not be relied upon as medical advice or diagnosis.

8. Intellectual property

The BeHealthWise platform, its assessment methodology, its content and its brand are owned by REPX Pte Ltd or its licensors. [IP ownership and licensing structure to be confirmed by human legal review.] Your assessment answers, results and member records belong to you.

9. Third-party services and cross-border processing

The service relies on selected third-party technology providers, including providers supporting application hosting, authentication, communications and artificial-intelligence functionality. 10. Limitation of liability

11. Termination

You may stop using BeHealthWise and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service.

12. Changes to the service and these terms

13. Governing law and contact
