1. About this policy

BeHealthWise is operated by REPX Pte Ltd ("REPX", "we", "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how REPX collects, uses, stores and protects your information when you use the BeHealthWise platform, including the Longevity Assessment, your personalized results, the AI Longevity Coach and your member experience.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to applicable mandatory legal requirements.

2. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, your name if you provide it, and authentication details (including third-party sign-in, such as Google, when you choose it).

Assessment information. Your answers to the Longevity Assessment are self-reported descriptions of your own health behaviours and habits across eight areas (nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, social, purpose, environment and cognitive).

Derived results. From your answers, a deterministic engine produces your Healthspan Score, pillar scores, alignment bands, Profile Confidence, assessment coverage and Top 3 Priorities, together with an AI-generated interpretive narrative. Every completed assessment produces a new, separate result; historical results are never altered.

Member activity. Goals, actions, progress measurements and milestones you choose to record.

AI Coach information. Your conversations with the AI Longevity Coach, and the durable coaching memories the Coach may retain to personalize future conversations (for example, chosen focus areas or stated preferences).

Usage information. The platform records basic technical and usage analytics (such as page views and sessions). We do not track your health information in analytics, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to provide, personalise, maintain and secure BeHealthWise; administer member accounts; generate and explain assessment results; provide personalised educational content and recommendations; operate the AI Coach; communicate with you about the service; comply with applicable legal obligations; and for other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Service communications (such as account, membership and platform messages) are distinct from promotional and product communications. Where permitted by applicable law and consistent with your communication preferences, we may use your contact information to communicate with you about BeHealthWise products, services, partnerships and related announcements. 4. Health and lifestyle information

Some information you provide through BeHealthWise may relate to your health, lifestyle, wellbeing or health-related behaviours. This information is provided by you and is used to operate and personalize the BeHealthWise service.

BeHealthWise does not treat your responses as a diagnosis or as a substitute for professional medical evaluation.

5. AI processing

Your AI Longevity Coach conversations, your deterministic results and the coaching memories you accumulate are processed by third-party technology providers, as described in the Service providers section, solely to generate coaching responses and interpretive narratives.

The AI layer can only narrate and interpret your deterministic results. It cannot compute, change or override your scores, bands, confidence or priorities. It cannot diagnose, infer deficiencies, calculate medical or mortality risk, or provide medical certainty.

AI-generated information is educational and may contain errors. It should not be relied upon as medical advice or diagnosis. You can request deletion of your coaching data at any time via the contact details below.

6. Recommendations and personalization

BeHealthWise may use information you provide through the service to personalize educational content and product or intervention recommendations.

Recommendations are educational suggestions — things worth considering — not prescriptions. They do not infer nutrient deficiency, disease, medical need, or a guaranteed benefit, and they never alter your scores or priorities, which are fixed outputs of a deterministic engine.

7. Data isolation, security and administrator access

Your assessment answers, results, goals, progress records, coach conversations and coaching memories are stored under your account and are isolated at the data layer so that no other member can access them.

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information and restrict access to authorised users and personnel who require access to operate or support the service.

BeHealthWise administrators may access member records where necessary to operate, maintain, secure or support the service (for example, investigating a reported problem), subject to appropriate access controls. Administrators do not routinely inspect members' personal health information.

8. Service providers and cross-border processing

We use selected third-party technology providers to operate BeHealthWise, including providers supporting application hosting, authentication, communications and artificial-intelligence functionality. Depending on the feature used, information you provide may be processed by these providers on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.

Some service providers may process or store personal data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, REPX will take steps required under applicable law to ensure that the transferred information receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under Singapore's data-protection laws.

9. Analytics

We use aggregated and statistical information to understand how the service is used, monitor performance and improve BeHealthWise. We do not use individual members' assessment answers, Healthspan Scores, pillar scores or Coach conversations as analytics data for these purposes.

10. Data security incidents

We maintain processes designed to detect, assess, contain and respond to personal-data incidents. Where required by applicable law, REPX will make the necessary notifications to regulators and affected individuals. Our technology and service providers may assist with incident detection, investigation, containment and remediation.

11. Retention and deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, provide the service, comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, or otherwise as permitted or required by law. When information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, we will take appropriate steps to delete it or remove the means by which it can be associated with an individual, subject to applicable legal requirements.

You may request deletion of your account and personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements and legitimate retention requirements. Historical results are stored immutably within your account by design, and are removed together with your account on deletion. Copies in backups or system logs that cannot be deleted immediately may persist for a limited period, after which they are removed or de-identified in line with the approach above.

You may make appropriate requests concerning your personal information, including requests to access it, correct it, or delete it. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
